Centurion facilitates a fresh approach to renting, enabling you to spend less and enjoy life more. You can now allocate your funds toward what truly matters.

To secure a rental property, simply pay a non-refundable Centurion fixed fee(with a minimum of £120). This means you can move into a home, without the burden of needing five weeks' rent as a cash deposit.

This initial saving empowers you to use your money freely—whether that’s for new furniture, travel plans, or setting aside for savings. It’s really that simple!

When you discover a property that interests you, your letting agent will offer you the Centurion option. If they’re not aware of Centurion, just complete this form to refer them, and we’ll get in touch to assist them in setting it up.

End Of Tenancy

if you and the Landlord cannot agree on the end of tenancy charges then we will be notified and our process will be followed. This gives you the option to accept and pay, or raise a dispute. Our fair and fast dispute process is fully detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

Check minimum criteria:

Right to reside in the UK for the duration of lease.
Free from any CCJs, IVA’s or Bankruptcy Orders.
Annual earnings 30 times or more your share of the rent.
Positive previous landlord reference. (where applicable)
OR If any of the above conditions are not met (and acceptable by landlord/agent) a guarantor with annual earnings that are at least 33 times the tenant’s share of the rent, reduced to 20 times if they own their own property outright.
