If you can’t settle a dispute with your tenants, your claim will be sent to us for adjudication. Approved claims will be paid to you within two working days.

If the tenancy concludes with any charges for cleaning, damages, or rent arrears, you or your agent can easily register these charges with Centurion, along with the tenancy documents and necessary evidence. We will inform the tenant, collect the payment, and transfer the funds to you. If the tenant defaults, your Centurion coverage ensures you receive payment for up to 10 weeks' rent.
