We believe that Landlords should be protected against rent arrears, tenant damage and costs of eviction. Whilst we hope you never need us, we provide you with the protection you need in the unlikely event you have a problem tenant. The Protecting Landlord service can be taken out mid-tenancy and there is no need to reference or advice Centurion of the Tenants.

Protecting Landlords covers all tenants that meet the Minimum Reference Criteria, if the service is taken out mid-tenancy then there is a 90 day exclusion for claims. The only requirement is to advise Centurion of any changes to the rent. If the Tenants don’t meet the Minimum Reference Criteria then we recommend that Landlords insist on the Tenant taking out a Protecting Tenancies service.
